I love the music of this guided meditation. There are three to choose from
and all are wonderful! My daughter loved dancing to the last track which is
an instrumental version. The first two are done while seated, the third is a
walking meditation which is wonderful. If you have never tried a walking
meditation before I encourage you to try it! You don't need a lot of room,
just enough to walk in a circle.
My Own Candle Company ~ These are soy and paraffin candles with lead free wicks. They are
jar candles that burn for approximately 100 hours! My current favorites are Chai Latte, Butter
Cream, Balsam, and Pumpkin Pie. Hmmmm, that sounds good. I think I still have some pie left over
and it would really go well with a chai tea latte!
DVD -- Source Power, by Duncan Wong ~ This is an excellent DVD. Duncan Wong practices what he calls Yogic Arts, a combination of Yoga,
Martial Arts and Thai Massage (all of which I do as well). I like the narration by Duncan Wong
and his explanation on how to move into and out of the poses. I feel this DVD is for the person
who has an established yoga practice, either by attending classes regularly or a regular home
practice. This is for someone who is serious about taking their practice deeper and is looking
for a challenge. I would not recommend this for someone who has never done yoga or martial arts
before, as I feel the powerful movements, breathing and bandhas would be daunting, discouraging
and possibly dangerous.
Book -- Love Is In The Earth, by Melody ~ For those who love crystals or those who are in the
healing arts (massage, reiki) this is a must have! There are no pictures, but the descriptions
are very good. She lists the application of the crystal, the astrological sign and to what number
the crystal vibrates to. Other parts of the book include information on master numbers, how to
prepare elixirs, and an index.
Until next time...

Beautiful Soap & Co. ~ My favorite is the Lavender Garden hand and body lotion. I love the
scent and how lovely it makes my skin feels. I put it on right after I shower or my evening bath.
Green Tea with Honey ~ Dominick's "Organic" brand. I love the taste and the convenience of
having an organic green tea I can take with me on my daily errands.
Young Living Oils ~ My current favorites are Peppermint, which I use for tea or I mix with sesame oil and use as a natural vapor rub, and Lavender, which is really nice to sooth minor skin irritations or to help relieve headaches and stress.
Chakra Breathing Meditation, by Layne Redmond
Smooth those ruff dry feet with The Body Shop's pumice foot scrub. I love this scrub!
It always amazes me how much dead skin comes off, gross, I know, but true!
Traditional Medicinals Teas ~ I like to have Cold Care and Breath Easy on hand during the
winter, just in case I or anyone else feels a cold coming on. They also sell them formulated
for kids.
